Welcome to g53online.com (“G53”, “we”, “us”). By using our games and features you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
We offer free browser games for personal, non-commercial entertainment, plus optional leaderboards and online multiplayer. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
When using the site, you agree not to:
Leaderboards are provided for fun. Scores are submitted by your browser and are not competitively verified, so they can be imperfect or gamed. We may remove any score, name or handle that is offensive, impersonating, or clearly falsified, and we may reset boards at our discretion.
If you sign in (via Google) to reserve a handle, you’re responsible for keeping it appropriate. We may reclaim, change or remove a handle that violates these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how sign-in data is used.
The site, its original games, artwork and code are our intellectual property. Classic game concepts and mechanics (for example, sliding-tile, word-search or dice-and-board play) are not owned by anyone; where a well-known game name is trademarked by others, we build our own original version under a different name and do not use those trademarks. If you believe something here infringes your rights, contact us.
The site may link to other projects we operate or are affiliated with, and to external sites. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of external websites; visiting them is at your own discretion.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leaderboards/multiplayer will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G53 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. The games are free; our total liability is limited accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We’ll always try to resolve concerns amicably first — please contact us.
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the current version.
