Lowest total score wins. Avoid taking hearts (1 each) and the Q♠ (13). First to 100 ends the game.
Hearts — how it works
Players: You (South) vs West, North, East. Everyone plays for themselves.
Deal: 52 cards, 13 each. Rank high→low: A K Q J 10 … 2. No trumps.
The pass: before each hand you pass 3 cards — direction rotates left → right → across → no-pass.
First trick: whoever holds 2♣ must lead it. No hearts or the Q♠ may be played on the very first trick.
Play: follow the led suit if you can; otherwise play anything. Highest card of the led suit wins the trick and leads the next. Hearts can't be led until a heart has been discarded ("broken").
Scoring (points are bad): each ♥ = 1, the Q♠ = 13.
Shoot the moon: take all hearts + Q♠ and you score 0 while everyone else gets +26.
Game end: when someone reaches 100, the lowest score wins.
